Elizabeth Stankiewicz, ADHD and Couples Therapist

  • You put so much of yourself into everything you do—showing up for others, working hard, and pushing forward even when it feels like you’re being pulled in a million directions. But when the expectations never stop and you’re lacking support, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected, wondering if things will ever feel easier.

You deserve to feel understood, supported, and recognized—not just for what you do, but for who you are.

I help people like you make sense of the pressure they’re under, recognize their own strengths, and find ways to create more balance in their lives. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down and find a way forward that feels more sustainable and true to you.

  • I specialize in helping women who feel stuck, whether it’s due to ADHD, burnout, self-doubt, or years of putting everyone else first, find ways to feel more in control, at ease, and valued. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to explore your concerns without fear of judgement.
