Krishna Vora, ADHD and First Generation Therapist

  • You’ve spent most of your life being the dependable one. The one who holds things together, says yes, figures it out. On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it handled. Inside, it’s constant noise: guilt when you slow down, pressure to do more, wondering if anyone really sees how much you’re holding.

Maybe you’re a late-diagnosed ADHDer trying to unlearn a lifetime of masking. Or a first-gen immigrant caught between who you were raised to be and who you’re trying to become. You work hard, think deeply, and care a lot — but you’re tired. You want to stop feeling like your worth depends on how much you give or how well you perform.

If any of that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

  • I don’t believe in “fixing” you — you’ve already spent enough time trying to earn your place by being better, calmer, more productive. In our work, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the burnout and self-doubt.

We’ll look at the patterns that show up again and again — the people-pleasing, the guilt, the way your nervous system never really gets a break. I’ll name what I notice, ask questions you might not have asked yourself, and help you start separating who you are from who you learned you had to be.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and sometimes a little uncomfortable — in a good way. You’ll have space to exhale, to be messy, and to build a version of life that actually fits you, not just everyone else’s expectations.
