Therapist for Women & Addictions

Stephanie Bentley, Therapist for Women

  • You might be here because you’re tired of trying to please everyone around you. Maybe it’s your in-laws, your boss, your friends, your parents - or all the above.

It’s easy to get lost in what people expect of you and lose track of who you truly are. Perhaps you invest so much in them, that you’re not really sure what you like, and it’s costing you your peace of mind.

I work with people just like you: ones who have it within them to feel whole and valued in their relationships, but just need a bit of support to get there.

  • I specialize in helping women and those struggling with addictions to find a sense of balance in their lives, empowering them to move forward in a way that feels true to themselves.

My approach focuses on looking at the patterns in your life while giving you the tools to cope with the ‘here & now.’ Because therapy should be a place where you feel safe to explore your needs and experiences.
