Addictions, Burnout & Menopause Support Therapist

Stephanie Bentley, Therapist for Women

  • You might be here because you’re tired of trying to please everyone around you. Maybe it’s your in-laws, your boss, your friends, your parents - or all the above.

It’s easy to get lost in what people expect of you and lose track of who you truly are. Perhaps you invest so much in them, that you’re not really sure what you like, and it’s costing you your peace of mind.

I work with people just like you: ones who have it within them to feel whole and valued in their relationships, but just need a bit of support to get there.

  • I work with individuals of all genders and diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting those navigating grief and addiction in finding a sense of balance, and moving forward in ways that feel aligned with who they are.

My approach focuses on looking at the patterns in your life while giving you the tools to cope with the ‘here & now.’ Because therapy should be a place where you feel safe to explore your needs and experiences.
