Lee Allard, MSW, RSW

Life Transitions & Relationship Therapist | French & English

  • You might be here because something feels off in your relationships. You’re tired of surface-level interactions and miscommunications. You’re craving something real, something that feels like home. You’re ready for a new chapter, one where connection feels easier, and you’re not stuck repeating old patterns.

You feel the urge to grow, to shed what no longer serves you, and step into something truer. You want to feel more grounded, more connected in your relationships, and more in control of your own life.

I work with people just like you - those who are ready for change, who want to understand themselves more deeply, navigate relationship dynamics with clarity, and live with intention. Together, we’ll create a space where you can ask the big questions, let go of self-doubt, and move toward a more authentic version of yourself.

  • I work with individuals 16+ and couples wanting to improve their relationships with themselves and others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you heal and connect on a deeper level.

Right now, you may be feeling hopeless, or like you've lost your way. My goal is to help you find the answers and direction you need to get to a better place.

My practice also embraces and celebrates diversity. I’m queer and trans and know what it’s like to not fit in, belong, or feel othered.
