LGBTQ2SIA+ & Relationship Therapist | French & English

  • You might be here because you’re tired of going through the motions. You’re craving something real—something that feels like home. You’re ready for a new chapter, one where you’re not just following a path that was never really yours.

You feel the urge to grow, to shed what no longer serves you, and step into something truer. You want to feel more grounded, aligned, and in control of your own life.

I work with people just like you—those who are ready for change, who want to explore their identity, find deeper meaning, and live with intention. Together, we’ll create a space where you can ask the big questions, let go of self-doubt, and move toward a more authentic version of yourself.

  • I work with LGBTQ2SIA+ youth and adults to help you feel more grounded and confident. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself. Maybe you’re feeling lost, anxious, disconnected, or just generally stuck—whether it’s anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or the weight of societal expectations. These feelings are valid, and you don’t have to carry them alone.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, my own journey has given me a deep understanding of the unique experiences and challenges we face. I bring this lived experience, along with my professional training, to create a safe, affirming, and supportive space for you to explore your authentic self.
