You might be here because you’re tired of going through the motions. You’re craving something real—something that feels like home. You’re ready for a new chapter, one where you’re not just following a path that was never really yours.
You feel the urge to grow, to shed what no longer serves you, and step into something truer. You want to feel more grounded, aligned, and in control of your own life.
I work with people just like you—those who are ready for change, who want to explore their identity, find deeper meaning, and live with intention. Together, we’ll create a space where you can ask the big questions, let go of self-doubt, and move toward a more authentic version of yourself.

I work with youth and adults to help you move forward in a clearer, more grounded and confident way. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you connect with yourself on a deeper level so that you may find the answers and direction you need to get to a better place.
Right now, you may be feeling some hopelessness, or like you've lost your way. Whatever challenges you are facing, you have it in you to overcome them. You might just need a little bit of help to get there, and I would love to connect and see if I can be the person to help you on that journey.
My practice is also one that embraces and celebrates diversity. I am queer and trans and I know what it is like to not fit in, to not belong, to feel othered. If this resonates with you, know that you will be welcome and celebrated in all of your parts and uniqueness here.
