  • Maybe you're here because your relationships keep hitting the same wall, and you're not sure why. Or because you've always felt like you think and feel differently from everyone around you, and it's starting to take a toll.

You might be someone with ADHD who's noticed how much it shapes the way you connect with others — the miscommunications, the guilt, the feeling of letting people down without meaning to. Or you're in a relationship you care about, but something keeps getting lost between you.

I work with adults with ADHD navigating relationships, and with couples where ADHD is part of the picture. My approach is warm and collaborative — we'll look at what's actually getting in the way so you can feel more at ease with yourself and the people you love.

  • I specialize in supporting couples and people with ADHD to overcome challenges in their relationships, so they can reconnect with themselves and find space for what truly matters.

Many of my clients are feeling overwhelmed and want to find better ways to cope.

We’ll work together to figure out the best tools for you, so you can feel more at ease and build healthier relationships with yourself & the people you love.
