Your mind is always trying to get ahead of whatever might fall apart next. What am I doing with my career? How am I supposed to plan meals, make food, and make sure both me and my child actually eat? Why is the house like this again? Why am I so resentful about seeing my family? You can spend hours trying to solve your life and still end the day feeling like you’ve somehow failed at being a person.
You want people in your life; but being close to people rarely feels simple. It’s safer when people live far away, where they won’t see you as often - and you won’t have to perform the version of you that the moment needs, while still feeling awkward, misunderstood, or like you don’t belong anywhere. You want someone to get what you’re saying without having to explain every layer of every feeling.
Therapy with me is a place where the sentence can come out the way it actually lives in you: I can’t fucking do this anymore. I’m not going to rush past it, turn it into a lesson, or hand it back to you as one more thing to work on. We can notice the shame that shows up right after, the urge to pull away, the resentment, the part of you that thinks needing anything is already too much, and start making sense of it without leaving you alone in it.

I specialize in working with Complex PTSD (CPTSD), chronic pain, and neurodivergence (especially late-diagnosed autism, and ADHD). Many of the people I work with are carrying a lifetime of 'bracing' - against a world that hasn't felt safe or accommodating, and, for some, against their own bodies.
Maybe it's not just your mind bracing; it's your body. You're managing pain that other people can't see, while also managing the doctors who don't believe you, the forms, the insurance calls, the friends who've stopped asking how you're doing. You're tired in a way that isn't just about sleep.
Perhaps you are a parent realizing your own neurodivergent needs alongside your child's, navigating high-conflict co-parenting as a single parent, or building a life within polyamory, complex family structures, or intersecting marginalized identities. You might feel a constant, frantic pressure to "fix" yourself, yet feel completely stuck when it comes to basic self-care and executive functioning.
My approach is patient, somatic, and deeply relational. We won't chase quick, superficial fixes or force you into rigid boxes. Instead, we’ll sit together in the messy, uncomfortable spaces, unraveling chronic shame and systemic exhaustion so you can begin to build a life that actually feels authentic and safe to live in.
