Krishna Vora, ADHD Burnout Therapist

  • You're the one people would never guess is struggling. Sharp, capable, probably thriving at work — and completely overwhelmed the moment you walk through your front door. The dishes, the meal planning, the mental load of just keeping up. No amount of apps, planners, or productivity hacks has actually fixed it.

Maybe you just got diagnosed with ADHD, or you're finally connecting the dots after years of wondering why everything felt twice as hard. Maybe you're parenting a kid with ADHD while quietly realizing you've been living this your whole life too. Or you're twice-exceptional: gifted, perceptive, and deeply frustrated by the gap between how capable you are and how hard the everyday stuff still feels. How can I be this smart and still can't unload the dishwasher?

You've tried everything. You're not lazy. You're exhausted. And you want to stop managing symptoms and start understanding yourself.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

  • I don’t believe in “fixing” you — you’ve already spent enough time trying to earn your place by being better, calmer, more productive. In our work, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the burnout and self-doubt.

We’ll look at the patterns that show up again and again — the people-pleasing, the guilt, the way your nervous system never really gets a break. I’ll name what I notice, ask questions you might not have asked yourself, and help you start separating who you are from who you learned you had to be.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and sometimes a little uncomfortable — in a good way. You’ll have space to exhale, to be messy, and to build a version of life that actually fits you, not just everyone else’s expectations.
